We the undersigned, homeowners of Dunbarton Hills petition to a special change in rule modification that allow homeowner Robert Anderson and family to have a pool built in their backyard. They have met county requirements which include a 6ft fence bordering around the projected pool area and have the required space for the modification. In addition the property is located at the end of the development with tree line coverage.
