I hereby declare that one, Laura Dallmann of room number 4, must take Remington Annoying Feline III upon departure of the communal home of its residents. We herein surmise this in the feline's best interest and the interests of the residents. If one, Laura refuses to claim full custody of said cat, she can be assured the feline will be subject to at least, but not limited to, one (1) year of torment and ridicule.
