We, the undersigned property owners and users of Rocky Creek and Deer Run Roads in Lefore County, petition the County Commission to improve by chip and tar the afore mentioned roads. Said roads are currently dirt and maintained by the county by road grading.

We, as property owners, do hereby certify that we will donate the necessary drainage easements as determined by the County. We do understand that we will not be compensated for this land.

We, as property owners, do hereby also certify that we will purchase from the County any necessary driveway culverts and the County will provide for installation at no cost to the owner.
