We the people of Foxlair Farms Inc. mobile home park petition the following; We are made to maintain our yards and homes and are given violations if not done so to extreme upkeep. We want empty lots to be kept as such. We want the monthly errors concerning our rent to be eliminated. Every month many people of Foxlair Farms are told they owe money that they do not truly owe and have to go to the office and show them proof that they did in fact pay and the date in which they did so. When our rent is paid it needs to be addressed in the office right away so that there is no more confustion and monthly errors in the rent. We have to pay for the water here and we find that unexceptable due to the fact that we are unable to drink it. The water has a strong bleach smell and is often orange in color. We already have to buy bottled water because the water is in such poor condition here. In the winter months we want safe and clear roads at all times. Many times it is days before a plow is brought to clear the roads and this is very unsafe. At times we are unable to even leave our homes due to it. We rent our lots and we want them to be taken care of. There are many holes in drive ways and pourches which is also very unsafe and we want them repaired right away. By signing this petition I fully agree with the above statement.
