    Comments: I have been involved in this situation for 16 years and it continues to deteriorate in relation to property protection trust between citizens and agency personnel and even document able progress in program success. It is a gigantic waste of time and federal funds (tax dollars) It is destroying private industry via ranching, outfitting and soon elk and other hunting opportunities.

    Comments: If we cannot put our own species at the top of nature's chain of command, there is no point using any scientific data to qualify or quantify any ecological decisions. Wolves are not needed anywhere in the world that presents huge conflicts with man. We not only lose species every day, we also discover new species every day thus all scientific data is inconclusive.
