This is a petition against the addition of a drive-through facility on the proposed re-development of the 7751 Lake street, Il building. Community bank will like to re-locate to the corner of Lake and Franklin and add a drive though facility to a existing historic building. They would like to relocate because they out-grew their current location.

There are many disadvantages of an addition of this type but mostly it will affect the safety of the Lincoln school children, many of which use the Franklin side walks. Franklin side walks will be in front of the proposed addition and with limited visibility as you can see from the proposed photos.
