We the undersigned stand against the Mayor of NYC proposal to limit sugared drinks to no more than 16oz. in size. We feel that this is just another form of government intervention into our personal freedoms. We already have enough regulation in our public dealings. The people should reserve the right as to how they exercise choice over what they consume. What comes next, the Orwellian prediction of " Big Brother " is watching. Do we have to lead shield ourselves from the governments intrusion into our lives? We say no. Let the freedom of choice remain. Let parents get more involved in what their children do. Do not take this right from parents and put it in the hands of the government. We as a people need to let the government realize that they are going to far as to how they look to regulate our lives.
