Petition against keli ortiz a dean morgan junior high school special-ed staff this teacher is very known for giving out office referral's to students for false suspicion in several cases where she blames one student who is innocent and the real problem gets let off which is having a suspicion of the wrong student and mrs.ortiz is very good at making false suspicions and false reports when she is in the wrong and to test this i got a bag of fruit snacks head phones and my hat opened the fruit snacks inserted the end of the head phones into the snack bag placed ear phones in my ears and placed my hat over the snacks and acted as if i were listening to music and with witnesses sitting near bye she came over engaged in yelling at me and grabbed my hat through it down on the table tossed snack after dumping out complete contents and grabbed head phones and through them at me after figuring out she had done wrong by engaging the situation with such disrespect and force there for she is in the wrong so this petition is for the removal and or new placement to or from a natrona county school district facility ALL NAMES TYPED ONTO THIS PETITION ARE PROTECTED BY THE FIRST AMENDMENT FREEDOM OF SPEECH , RELIGION , AND EXPRESSION US CONSTITUTION STATES Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
