    Comments: As a third generation settler I am opposed to Bill 428 and support The First Nations against Bill 428. I recognize being a part of the original treaty of The Two Row Wampum, and thus all treaties, oral or otherwise, should be up held and honored. This attempt at 'final assimilation' is an outrage.
