Dear Ontario MPPs,
Repeal Bill 115I am a concerned Ontario citizen. Your government has undermined the rights of all Ontarians by passing Bill 115. The bill strips education professionals of their right to collectively bargain and places the government above the reach of the Ontario Human Rights Code, the Ontario Labour Relations Act, and the courts.
Bill 115 undermines the guarantees made to all Canadians under the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. It sets a dangerous precedent.
I oppose Bill 115 and any other legislation that denies people their fundamental rights.
