Comments: Yes, it seems that the city of Albany is violating its own ordinance: www.albanyca.org/Modules/ShowDocument.aspxdocumentid=748 While city council members and city agencies both can be held accountable for this serious infraction just as a private citizen can, the toxic legacy of releasing persistent pollutants into the one environment that sustains us is a legacy that may be reaped by not only the next generations, and the next, but by this one as well.

Comments: It is simply so clearlly wrong to use dangerous herbicides and pesticides anywhere but especially so in a place like the Pine Bush. Albany has to show more reponsiblitly in this regard

Comments: The city of Albany most definitely should follow its own laws about the use of the dangerous pesticides. The city has done enough damage at the Rapp Rd landfall. Enough is enough.
