Over 6 years ago, Maryland Marc ran a train that departed Perryville for DC at 7:55am weekdays. This train was moved to derpart Perryville at 9:00am. This leaves a gap of two hour after the previous train at 6:50am. This leaces many people with the option of statrting very early in the morning to use the MARC or arriving late at your destination. Daily commuters do not have the option of taking late start-time if the suffer winter depsression. Tourists going into DC cannot arrive at the National Mall no earlier than one-hour after the museums open.
