We respectfully request the prohibition of permanent tree stands and structures on Blackwater National Wildlife Refuge. We are honored and privileged to hunt sika deer on this beautiful natural resource. We kindly ask that Blackwater Managers enforce the take out what you take in policy and keep this land and it's beauty free from human incursion. Thank you.
