This petition represents months of frustration against what we believe to be a step that does not up to code at the address of 19577 NW 2nd ave in Miami Gardens 33169. After a recent renovation took place that replaced all windows (except ours) in the center. The only change made here was to change the way the door opened...from opening inside to swinging out. Only problem is the step that the raised area (only one in center) where the door sits now becomes a greater liability due to people missing it when they leave (after pushing the door open...rather then pulling it open). Many customers have complained and tripped from this error in the building and one had recomended to start this petition. Our goal with this petition is to let the landlord and possibly the city know of the liability that has been caused by the work recently done on this store entrance.
