We the night crew at store 6329 would like to have our voices heard about Demetria coming back to nights as a manager. We feel it would hinder the overall productivity and performance and in result to that cause a mass transfer to day crew or even find other employment. We work hard to keep our performance and productivity the best we can and we as group feel it has gotten even better since she was transferred to day time. We feel the impact of her returning brings nothing positive to us a group .
