   Comments: Burying cable underground would be initially expensive, I imagine, but over the years should save on maintenance costs - IF they do it RIGHT in the first place. I mention this because I could see them doing a cheap shoddy job, deliberately, which when it performs poorly, they could say "See Our way was better".
