    Comments: I don't disagree completely with this petition, but as a disabled women who uses a wheelchair for mobility, I need to say that I don't drive a van, but use a sedan and need a parking space that allows for my door to be fully open to get my chair out of the car. I use the larger spaces to allow for this. Many of the other handicapped spaces are too narrow and I have been blocked from getting into my car in some horrible weather waiting for the neighboring parked car to move.

    Comments: Van parking is a JOKE - I have to shop at 7am or can't get a parking space. We need VAN ONLY parking or some other designation as there are legions of slow walkers who constantly park in van spaces and we have no where to go!. Try reserving a spot for Red Ford trucks but letting any truck of any make park there - how many red trucks would actually get a parking space??? Same problem here. Reserved is supposed to be RESERVED not open to anyone else who wants a parking space. I'm SO fed up it's just absurd. This law in no way protects those of us who need parking the most otherwise we totally lose our independence which is limited enough as it is.

    Comments: My brother has fallen offloading. Also we need to park near a curb in order to help load him into the car, the curb gives those extra few inches to be higher in order to get in the car easier.
