In this day and age, most drivers don't know or care what the Van Accessible sign means in Handicapped parking spaces.

Driver's tests, and manuals from state Bureau of Motor Vehicles don't cover the definition of this signage.

The only people who know what Van Accessible parking means seem to be accessible van drivers, their companions, and businesses that sell mobility equipped vans!

Why hasn't the Americans with Disabilities Act dealt with this situation over all of these years?
