3. Did you think that accessible van parking needs are met by the use of Van Accessible parking spaces? Wrong, those spaces are the first-choice to be taken by other drivers.
4. So, do you believe it's just a situation of "first-come-first-served" parking? Yes. Anyone with Handicapped licensing can park in Van Accessible parking spaces, because the ADA Regulations direct that "Van Accessible parking spaces are not only for vans."
5. Does this mean that government systems regarding Handicapped parking are flawed? Absolutely, Yes!
