- Many people with disabilities experience having to load and unload a wheelchair to/from a van in order to go anywhere, then are expected to find a "Van Accessible" parking space provided by Americans with Disabilities Act regulations.
- These parking spaces are frequently overtaken by anyone with handicap licensing because; they are closest to building entrances; these spaces are wider than other parking spaces; and ADA laws have "TAUGHT" drivers to disregard the needs of accessible van drivers.
- Let's tell our government to fix this mess, and stop violating the civil rights of people with disabilities, by systematic ADA barricades to equal parking access.
