    Comments: 5/25/05 Dear Mr. Boehner, I know what it means, I was over 31 years with Pan American World Airways and lost most of my pension and benefits due to bankruptcy and merger with Delta. Now I am retired (67 yrs of age)and face the same situation with Delta. I came with 54 years of age to Atlanta and worked 10 years for Delta just to have another small pension to fall back on. Now it looks like even this pension is in question which would mean that I have wasted 10 years of my life. Actually, we left behind our 2 children and 4 grandchildren on Long Island and cannot return because of the rising costs in taxes and housing there. It is unaffordable to go back. Our health had deteriorated during these years with Delta and all the upheavals in our life, we both are former cancer patients by now. Perhaps we soon do not have a secondary insurance any longer. Our personal deductible with Delta's Secondary Insurance UHC is now 2,700 Dollars per year, per person. It is a rather bleak outlook. Can you help us in any shape or form We certainly would appreciate all you can do for all Delta employees and retirees. Please pass this letter on to all the Representatives in the House. Thank you.
