The Marriage Of Eckert Law is currently in place to protect non-custodial parents from having their children removed from the state they reside in by custodial parent.However there is no stipulation in the case of the non-custodial parent who is a Registered Sex Offender. This is appalling and needs to be changed for the well-being of the children.Please help me by signing this petition so ensure children are kept safe. We need Pedophiles excluded from this law.Thank you
