We the undersigned want to see peace and quiet at the area of the hydro building at the end of Cornish Ave. It has become a place for people to gather and drink openly and create public disturbances. An increased police presence in the area is desired as well as the installation of public cameras, similar to the ones on Graham and Donald, and in Osborne Village.
