We the undersigned invite the BBC to host a national debate on the repurcussions of the MoJ consultation "Transforming Legal Aid". The Criminal Justice System is too important to society as a whole to allow this government to make wholesale and potentially devastating changes to it without a national debate. We believe that it is the duty of the BBC to provide the forum for such a debate.
