    Comments: I'm an owner of a samsung zv10. I'd like to say that PC Studio 3 Software is very poor. I don't understand why such software doesn't allow me to download my sms! Such a simple but very important thing. And it has also some other bugs specially with outlook synchronization!

    Comments: I also bought a ZV-10 and I can connect the phone to the computer. But I can't enter in the Phone Editor, SMS editor and MMS composer. They appeared grey... I Think this is a software problem by Samsung.... How can we press them to resolve it I need help like all of these people...... Thanks
