    Comments: The funding for the central library is a capital investment in Pike County's future. The features the Task Force has included in their plans will provide all Pike County citizens, young and old, near and far, with new opportunities to enrich themselves. We should all be offended if their well-researched initiative suffers from lack of support or funding problems.
