Comments: It is vital to the health and well-being of Canadians suffering from Celiac Disease and their families and caregivers to be able to eat properly. It is vital that a label certifying that, when applicable, a product is "gluten free" be clearly visible in order to accomplish this.

Comments: Please label your gluten free foods as such. Too much time is wasted reading labels and missing the word wheat or malt on the teeny tiny ingredient list. Thank you.

Comments: Unless a processed food indicates that it is gluten free I will not buy it. All packaged food should indicate if it "may contain" wheat, just like peanuts and dairy.

Comments: 1 in 2000 people are unable to digest a protein found in gluten, causing the intestine walls to become inflamed, and making it difficult for the body to absorb nutrients. Please label gluten-free products as this will allow them to make healthy choices easily. Thank you

Comments: I once had to do a gluten free diet and had a really hard time with it. Groceries took me 3 times longer just having to read all the labels. It would make it much easier for those suffering with gluten allergies.
