Great idea for the environment too. less driving means less smog in the air.
WHAT ABOUT PRIVACY?! sounds like they just want to track where we are 24/7. no thanks.
ICBC is a scam. hope this actually happens for once.
Makes way more sense then the current system. pay for what you actually use.
This would save me so much money its not even funny. I work from home 4 days a week.

Finally. I barely drive my car but I pay the same as people who commute 2 hours a day. Time for a change.
