All employers who do not currently have Veteran's Day as a paid holiday should at least give their veterans off the day with pay. If November 11th falls on a Saturday, give Friday off, and if it falls on a Sunday, give Monday off.  I will present this petition to one of my senators here in the state of New Jersey and hopefully we can get it passed for 2012!
