The employees of The National Benefit Authority Corporation (NBAC) demand that all religious (Jewish) holidays we are forced to take off without pay throughout the calender year be paid in part (4 hours) or in full (8 hours). This matter is of urgency as the issue has and continues to cause financial difficulty for all employees. (For example, in September 2013 we will be faced with 6 unpaid holidays out of a total of 20 working days. This amounts to 30% of employee pay for the month and is unacceptable).
