The "Non Consumer Privacey Proetection Act" will limit, restrict and impede law enforcements ability to maintain and search pawnshop records. This will greatly hinder, if not stop, law enfocements ability to return alleged stolen goods pawned at Pawnshops to their rightful owner(s). Let Legislator know you are AGANIST and Opposed to this proposed Federal Legiislation known as the "Non-Bank Consumer Privacy Protection Act".
