I have started this petition in order to influence our Delano School's athletic department to make a change in our Football program. Mr. Pavelovich has had his opportunity to run this program and it's now time to let someone else. I have kids growing up in this school system and have seen first hand the poor coaching methods and decisions this system has and continues to make. I have witnessed first hand and through others that our players receive feedback from collegiate coaches during and after camps that they don't know who is coaching them, but they aren't even getting the fundamentals of their positions. We need to stand up as a community and let our voices be heard. Its time for Pav to move on, lets make the Delano football program a championship program by getting a coaching staff that will promote great team atmosphere and best player will play mentality.
