After many years of unacceptable road conditions on Bouvier and Lavigne Rd. residents would like the municipality of Clarence-Rockland to finally pave these streets. We have tolerated unacceptable conditions far too long and require action. Roads are dangerous and almost impassible in spring and summer months after precipitations. Vehicle damage is also attributed to the road conditions. The list of residents bellow are all presently living or traveling on Bouvier/Lavigne and want these roads paved in the near future.
