Pave 11th Avenue (North of W Grove Connecting W Grove to the Alley)

Dear Council Member Moore,
We are writing you to request street paving for 11th Avenue (North of W Grove connecting W Grove to the alley). This stretch of road is currently rough gravel and also has major bumps that can damage vehicles.
11th Avenue is a major connection to the alley for the citizens that live on W Grove and has become increasingly necessary due to new construction and new neighbors on the street.
Multiple requests for paving this part of 11th have been previously submitted to public works to no avail. At this point in time we would like to collectively request from you that the city pave this stretch of road.
