   Comments: This Petition says it all. To have a winning organization it starts at the top. Ownership and staff (including, GM, Coaches etc). The best teams usually have a great staff. The Patriots have not had a great coaching staff since Crennell and Weiss left. It's time for Belichick to hire coordinators who will not only have a great game day game plan but make great in game adjustments something which the previous coordinators are sadly lacking. And that includes McDaniels time with New England.

    Comments: Dear Mr. Kraft, While I am eternally thankful for all that you have done for the organization it seems like the goal for the last few years has been to preserve mediocrity at a discount rather than strive for greatness. Trading back or out of the first round year after year, letting top talent go when their rookie contracts expire, replacing top notch coaches with newcomers, refusing to even consider top tier free agents and consistently underspending the cap are all signs that winning in no longer the most important thing in bean town. Please start to exhibit the passion for Patriots football that you did during the early years of your ownership before our window completely closes.

    Comments: How many times did we give up leads in the 4th quarter? We have who up until this year was one of the best 4th quarter QBs in the league and we now can't hold a lead!     Comments: During the season i watch every Patriots Game live. If it a SNF or MNF Game i can go to bed not before 5 am. So i am a really big fan of the whole organization. I think the key problem this season was not the departures of so many longtime Patriots (Tedy, Big Rich, Rodney) but the departure of offensive coordinator Josh McDaniels. The offense seemed to me not very creative and were often out-coached. So i think new ideas (from outside) could be a solution.     Comments: Been a Pats fan since they air the NFL in my home country, Hungary. I always admired how the organization is beeing run, but i have to stand with this petition because even though Belichick is a great coach, noone can make wonders alone. High caliber Defensive and Offensive coordinators are needed, or the years of success will fade away.

    Comments: We have had these similar thoughts since Weis and Romeo left. Too much inbreeding lately with no accountability, imagination, or talent in the coaching ranks. And too much of former coaches out there with inside knowledge now with competitors. We have to have fresh coaching talent and new thinking. After all, that is also what is fun about this game. Remember, "consistency is the hobgobblin of little minds."
