This sick man raped my 10 year old daughter at knife point repeatedly. Also molested my 8 year old. After being denied bond once, somehow he was released to be electronically monitored. During this time, he has traveled several hours from his home to confront the stepfather of his children. He did this in front of his children in a church parking lot. He goes on dates, is on Myspace cruising for more victims, goes fishing, etc... He was 2 blocks from the homes of two young witnesses in the case. The DA has had this info for 2 months and I have expressed my serious concerns and fears for my family and others as well. NOTHING is ever done. He needs to be in jail since he can't abide by the rules. Please help me by signing this petition!
