Name: Jenn LeBlanc on Aug 7, 2007Comments: Please help this most deserving family. I have been friends with Rachel, pastor Crick's daughter, through his diagnoses and illness over the past few years and watched as his health and their family in general started to decline with it. They are a very dedicated family unit, and have struggled to overcome this situation but every time there seems to be a light at the end of the tunnel, just one more thing happens. It would be an absolute blessing for you to help our friends and do this small thing to help the family who has done nothing but put other people before themselves, and continues to do so.Flag

Name: Alex Acevedo on Aug 7, 2007Comments: Given the severity of Mr. Crick's condition and the unfortunate turn of events surrounding the household, I think this should definitely recieve consideration for the show. The man has proven himself to be a positive force within his community. This is exactly the type of family ABC should be looking to help.Flag

Thank you for touching countless lives through your service. The Crick Family needs a miracle. Someone who has served those less fortunate than himself for so many decades deserves to spend the last days with his family in a clean, decent home. Please give strong consideration to Jerry Crick. This family would be satisfied with very little --- even though they have given so much.Flag

Name: Sylvia Dawson on Aug 7, 2007Comments: The Crick family has been undergoing severe financial, emotional and mental hardship. I strong recommend them to be considered for a home makeover. Although the makeover will not lessen the heartbreak of the demise of their loved one, I believe it will give them a ray of hope and the strength to endure the days ahead because they will know that not only the Denver community, but the world at large, cares. best regards sylvia l. dawson professor, metro state college of denver 303.556.6897Flag

Name: Karena Wilcox on Aug 7, 2007Comments: The Crick family has been a surrogate family to me for tover 20 years. My own family and I had some struggles when I was a teenager ,and the Crick family embraced me as one of their own. Jerry always allowed me to be in their home and I would even go on family vacations with them. He has always been a gentle, giving man who is selfless in all he does. I wish that I could finacially help them but am not in the position to do so at this time. If any family deserves to be helped, the Cricks are definately them!Flag

Name: Gary Willette on Aug 7, 2007Comments: This is a family that has taken my wife and me in for various holiday functions. In an effort to make us feel like home, since we moved from Syracuse, NY in 2003, Jerry and his family never asked for anything, just our company, while inviting us into there home. This is a man that has done so much for the community, near and far, with nothing asked for in return. Except for knowing that he has been able to help someone in need. I ask that you please, return the favor that he has given so many before him and help this family get back on there feet and give them the ability to find there purpose again.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Aug 7, 2007Comments: I have known the Crick family for almost 6 years. Jerry and his wife have given to the community and their family without ever putting the needs of themselves first. They are in desperate need of some help. My hope for them is Jerry can have a safe place to live during this difficult time in his life and a safe place for his wife, daughter and granddaughter to carry on. I hope you can see they are truly in need of your assistance.Flag
