Comments: I have been fired -- 3 times! -- purely as a result of my sexual orientation or my gender identity and expression. This, despite a history, and a record, of stellar performance with each employer. Laws should protect people and their rights to fully participate in society and the economy. Protecting our rights to employment, free of harassment and discrimination based upon who we are speaks to the highest ideals of our country and our system of free enterprise.

Comments: A fully inclusive ENDA is a matter of civil rights. It needs to be passed without limits or restrictions. This is the moral thing to do. This is the ethical thing to do. This is the American thing to do.

Comments: I support ENDA in principle but still feel it falls short of complete equality. When it forces insurance companies to cover Sex Reassignment Surgery and forces complete acceptance in all aspects of life then total equality will be achieved.

Comments: It is extremely challenging trying to find a job when paperwork such as school transcripts, DD214 Forms, etc. mention both "female" and "male" gender as well as previous female name and current male name. Prospective employers question "aliases" used, and it is hard to explain during the job interview, that I am now male, but I was previously female and that "alias" was my birth name. Please help us stop this type of awkward moments. Thank you.
