Dear Members of the Executive and Legislative branches of the US Federal Government, Please stop being dunderheads and DO YOUR JOB. Work together for the American people and the betterment of our country and pass a budget. Each of us that works and pays taxes knows that if we don’t do our job, we risk being fired. Apparently, you do not seem to think that this concept applies to you, but it does. We, the American People, are tired of your crap and unwillingness to work together to find solutions to the country’s problems. Please understand that shutting down the government is just stupid and will not accomplish the aims you think it will. It will waste our money and be an embarrassment to us as a nation. Please end your petty fighting and finger pointing and do the job we elected you to do. Pass a budget and then get on to solving the very real problems our country has.
