i filed injunction in the partition suit in the year 1989 in trail court.  The judgment was pronounced and i was allotted share in the properties.  The opposite parties appealed in High court.  I want to know whether the injunction continues in high court.
  If the same is continued how to get copies of certified copies in high cour.  My advocate is not co operating in getting the certified copies  since six years. 
2- Can I appeal in High court directly requesting court to give permission for appearing directly in High court without interference of  my advocate.  The advocate has not applied for mesne profits  and not applying for certified copies though I paid amount

please help me.  Also please let me know the petitions that can be filed in partition suit
