I filed for maintenance in the year 1977 on my father at the age of 16 years who deserted me and my mother from my birth date. the addl Sub ordinate Judge court, Anantapur pronounced judgment in 1989. The rent written in the document is mentioned as "rent to be paid from the date of suit". In judgment copy the same has been over written as "rent to be paid from this date". This has been deposed in my partition suit O.S.No.295/1989. Court has not framed any issue. One Political leader purchased oil Mill of my father for Rs.24 lakhs in 1989. I was forced to sign without any consideration and the same has been deposed by purchaser in partition suit before court. The properties are worth Rs.100 crores and there are more than 200 shops, one oil mill, nursing home, lodge etc. There is no relief from Bank of Baroda, Anantapur and State BAnk of India, Anantapur wherein I informed that the properties are in court. Same with Municipal corporation, Anantapur wherein I requested to stop construction on the suit filed pending partition in court. Also APSEB has given a connection wherein I requested APSEB, Anantapur not to give electric connection. The opposite parties are highly influential. They are selling properties to Political leaders and goondas from the date of injunction given by trail court from 1989. The properties sold and registered by Sub Registrar office, Anantapur is nearly 110 sale deeds. I requested Sub Registrar not to register from the date of injunction i.e. 1989. Sub Registrar, Anantapur is registering properties upto the year 2010 also. The case is pending with High court AS No.917/2004. I request to give instructions to the above departments 1- not to give loans by Banks 2- not to give construction permission and stop construction by Corporation, Anantapur 3- not to Register properties and recall all sale deeds registered by Sub Registrar office, Anantapur from the year 1989 in town survey No.1945-1 and other properties of Late G. Chinna Subbaiah and sons. 4- to give particulars of deposits held in the name of my father Late Gondi Chinna Rama Subbaiah by Canara Bank and Vysya Bank, Anantapur. The Bank is reluctant to give information on filing DLSA court and ombudsman also. Ombudsman are telling that 3 year prior case will not be entertained. 5- rent attachment dismissed inspite of mentioing name in the petition in OS 295/89, Anantapur. (dismissed as name of rent receivng person not mentioned in IA) 6- Any other reliefs which the honourable court deems fit please excuse me for troubling lot as I am unable to get justice.
