I feel that I was not adequately represented as a part 2 employee by the negotiating team in the recent EBA.

The management team at this company clearly banked on us staying quiet while they sold out part 2 employees behind closed doors. This surge of support proves that we are no longer willing to be ignored by these negotiators.
