| 364 | Dave Whitelock | He has paid his debt, now he should have the chance of freedom. |
| 365 | Philip Gould | Jim Gordon has been imprisoned for far too long and justice should dictate that he be released, with all appropriate supervision, as soon as is possible |
| 366 | Quinn Borland | Mental illness is a terrible thing an can affect anyone at any time. Jim has served long enough. |

| 373 | Anonymous | Here you go. When is the hearing? |
| 374 | Richard Glasband | I feel that the events of the past have and always had a permanent home there. Jim, and to whom it may concern, his debt to society has been paid. Jim is now square with the house again and if he wishes to be released, I see no reason that he should not. If medical assistance is a daily fixture, then let it be so. Medication now is so effective at treating these conditions. It isolates and neutralizes and that I feel would make everyone pretty content that Jim will have no future problems. And Jim himself!! What a relief to him! This man has shouldered the events of his past completely alone for so long. This is what jail is for. But, in our judicial system, we have a beginning and an end to this time served. Jim has long reached the end of the time required. He has paid his debt and it is time to allow him to be ALIVE and live life free. It's a new day and he should no longer be held back and kept from experiencing every moment of it! It is time to let Jim live, and live free. Please allow him to live the rest of his life with his new and well earned "clean slate". |
| 375 | Philip | I think it is telling that the crime was against his mother and not another person. Ask any psychiatrist why this is important. He was sentenced to 16 years and yet he is still locked up....c'mon!

| 376 | Jace Pearson | We miss Jim's contributions to our world of music and want him back in it. |
| 377 | Lance Leslie | I would like to give my fervent support to the immediate parole of Jim Gordon. Mr. Gordon is an individual of rare talent and accomplishment, who, tragically, is the victim of a mental condition. His condition is certainly the major, if not sole, contributing factor to the crime for which he has been charged and subsequently incarcerated.
Rehabilitation, NOT incarceration, is the answer to Mr. Gordon's condition, and the sentence which he has been given is not only unnecessary, but cruel in the extreme.
Signed,
Lance Leslie |
| 378 | John Hickey | I was lucky enought to meet Jim Gordon in 1980 and I must say he has a real gentle soul, being a big fan of his works on Layla I really didn"t know what to expect but I was so impressed I went home and told my expecting wife if we had a girl we would name her Layla. Layla is now 27 years old and one of the nices souls on the planet. Thank you JIm,
John Hickey |

| 384 | Via Leigh Allen | .I am a 44 yr old mother of two boys (21&18), and two girls (22&24). Rehabilitation, health, a sense of being loved, and a second chance is what any mother (dead or alive) wants for her children. Take my word for it... I should know. I am one. |
