I support David Dull # 291-601 being released from Prison. I believe Mr.Dull deserves released based upon the following: Minor role in offense His cooperation with the state witch assisted the conviction of the co-offender witah greater culpability. His lack of prior criminal history (adult or juvenile). His outstanding institutional record. His wide spread family and community support. His clear demonstration of being remorseful and accepting responsibility for his actions. His amount of time already incarcerated (228 months) as of September ,2012.
