This electronic petition is for those residents who would like to dispute the latest copy of our common expense budget from Signature Management received February 12th. According to our declaration, \"Any such petition must be presented to the Board within 10 days after delivery of the budget and notice of any assessment\" {Article 8.1 (c), page 25}. That means the deadline for this petition would be February 22nd. With this petition, it appears the Board will be obligated to have a meeting with Parkside residents to discuss the budget (the wording is confusing, so if anyone interprets this Article differently please let everyone on this electronic petition know).
