Parking around the Franklin County Courthouse is expensive and hard to find for employees and the public alike. The two county owned parking facilities should maintain the current price of $5.00 and not increase it to $7.00 as rumors have indicated. Additionally, the county should accommodate their workers by providing more monthly parking passes for better access to the garages. Furthermore, the alloted number of passes issued is not sufficient for the number of employees working for the public in the Court House.
