Comments: She rightfully knew she couldn't drive. It was everywhere. That's why the photogs took pictures weekly saying she shouldn't be driving.

Comments: she was given enough opportunities to comply with court orders and she ignored them, repeatedly, assuming that she is above the law and her actions have no consequences. send her to jail like any other citizen, and REGULAR jail, not some country club.

Comments: Paris Hilton thinks she's better than all of us, but take away everything she has, and she doesn't even have the intelligence to get along with other people, as seen in her idiot show, "The Simple Life". Simple is right. If I would have to go to jail for the same offense, then she should too.

Comments: There are so many people in jail for doing much less. The only difference being that they are not rich and blond. She has a blatant disregard for anyone and anything that doesn't serve her interest, including the law. She did the crime(s) she must do the time.

Comments: It's bad enough when celebrities abuse their status to skirt the law, but Paris is not even a celebrity. Not by any thing she has done herself, anyway (other than dubious behavior on the internet). She serves as the perfect example to start buckling down on these people. Just do us a favor and don't stop there -- nail the Britneys and the Lindseys too, as well as the sports celebrities and politicians who also abuse their status.

Comments: Ms. Hilton broke the law - not once but several times. She ignored the judge's orders and blamed her publicist. Not smart. If the govenor of California does anything to help her I will organize a campaign against him. There are many, many more important issues we need to be dealing with.

Comments: I completely agree, just because she is a celebrity does not mean she's above the law. if she had children, a job, ect, i could maybe see some leiniency, but all she'd so instead of going to jail is probably drunk drive again! send her to jail, she deserves it
