I am trying to prevent my ex-girlfriend from kidnapping my child out of state without my (father) written consent. She has a history of bad drug abuse she has failed hospital drug screens numerous times. At birth she failed for a prescription she was not prescribed. During her regulatory visits to Dr. Leihten a substance abuse doctor, she only passed 3 out of 9 drug tests. I am standing up for my son Dominic Dupras for health and well-being. It is not fair for that poor helpless little boy. I am trying to prevent my child from leaving this state without me (father).
