well my nephew jekarie passed away on march 25 2012. his mother has allegations against her for this and so does her boyfriend. i am need ing a petition so i can get rights to have him a grave marker because he does not have one. i'm also am trying to get custody of my niece as well. if you can help me let me know or suggest what i should do.
