To President George W Bush: We the undersigned ask, beg and implore you to pardon all military personnel accused or convicted of crimes that occurred in the Iraq and Afghanistan war areas, excluding those who committed crimes against fellow United States military personnel while serving "in theater". Also we request you to restore their military rank and privileges and veterans benefits.
